Here's exactly how it works, start to finish — no surprises, no fine print you can't see up front.
Once approved, you get your own promo code and a private dashboard, unlocked by a secure access token emailed only to you. Every sale that uses your code is tracked automatically. Your "Request Payment" button stays greyed out until you reach 100 cleared sales — the moment you hit it, the button activates.
Every sale sits in a 30-day window before it counts toward your payout — this protects against refunds and chargebacks. After 30 days with no issue, it becomes a genuine, cleared sale.
Once you click "Request Payment," we compile your cleared sales into an itemized PDF statement and email it to you with a secure link. You review it and check a certification box confirming the total is correct — that's your digital signature. Once approved, your sales move to "Cleared" and are queued for payment.
We pay via QuickBooks Bill Pay, free Standard ACH direct deposit — no fees. QuickBooks emails you a secure, one-time link to enter your own bank details directly with them. We never see, collect, or store your routing or account numbers at any time. Standard ACH typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive once payment is scheduled.
Payments are processed on our regular payout cycle (the 1st or 15th of the month), so depending on timing, it can take up to 45 days from a sale's original date to when payment is scheduled.
Flat $1.00 for every valid, fully paid sale that uses your promo code — no cap, no tiers. 100 cleared sales = a $100 payout request.
